- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Demo is free forever with unlimited events. It includes every Business design tool: printed borders, custom keychain backs and the client design & approval link. Prints carry a Punchframe watermark.
- What does the watermark look like, and when does it go away?
- Demo prints carry a small Punchframe watermark, and guest pages show a Demo mark. Upgrading to Pro or Business removes the watermark from prints.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your billing page at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your first paid period has a 14-day money-back guarantee.
- What is the difference between Pro and Business?
- Pro removes the watermark but does not include printed borders, custom keychain backs or the client approval link. Business includes everything in Pro plus those tools, your logo and colors on guest pages, per-event brand overrides and priority support.
- What happens to my events, photos and client designs if I cancel or drop back to Demo?
- Nothing is deleted. Your events, photos and client designs stay in your account. When a paid plan ends you move to Demo: new prints carry the Punchframe watermark again and guest pages show a Demo mark, while borders, keychain backs and client design links keep working. If you switch from Business to Pro instead, client design links pause for your clients until you return to Business. Photos are only removed when you delete an event.
